Service Description
Service includes: Wig construction Bleaching and plucking knots Install Cornrow base Styling (straightening/curling) (Clients must provide the hair. This price is for 3 bundles and a frontal, if you would like more bundles added you will be charged £5 per bundle.)
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable on cancellations made by clients. However, if we have had to cancel your appointment for personal reasons, we are more than happy to reschedule and if this is not possible, we can arrange for your deposit to be refunded. you will have up to 72 hours before your appointment to reschedule your slot. after this time frame you will lose your deposit and will need to make a new booking. Please acknowledge that you expected to drop your hair off for installs 5 days before the date of the appointment and 7 days for colouring. if hair isnt dropped off by a certain date the appointment will be rescheduled or cancelled unless agreed otherwise with the service provider. Please be on time for your appointments, failure to arrive within the 15-20 minute leeway time frame may result in your appointment being cancelled, depending on my schedule on the day. For wig installs please remember to bring foundation that matches you skin tone as well as possible. lace tint is provided at your appointment but sometimes foundation can be a better match.
